Figured you wouldn’t get the difference. It’s not how someone comes across. It’s how they come across now compared to earlier (years). Trump has always sounded like a knucklehead IMO. Biden’s speech patterns and memory show a decrease in cognitive ability compared to earlier in his life. A big decrease. It’s called dementia.

I had no trouble following Trump's quote and, while he jumps between topics, there is no trace of senility. I am very familiar with dementia (no, not my own); Biden is there.
