The president even trashed this guy, it's obvious this thing is passing, so the question is why make people have to fly into DC as opposed to calling in a v**e?

I thought a couple of weeks ago that physical presence was going to be impossible, I wouldn't want either side to have an advantage because more of their members are quarantined than the other side has.

Senators and representatives should not have to worry about responsibly quarantining due to exposures, that they are changing the dynamics of a v**e...this is extraordinary circumstances and the response is not that hard to figure out.

The rules are there to guarantee that each individual Representative cannot be silenced, It is a good rule.

But keep in mind, if PeLousy had accepted the bi-partisan bill submitted by the Senate in the first place, without her cheap grand standing for L*****t pork additions that had nothing to do with the Carona v***s, this could have been passed much earlier.
