Mandatory Innoculations

I just heard Oklahoma is going to. Start mandatory innoculations on people and you have to show papers to travel or else get braclet from hospital with chip. Have any of you seen this? I can't give links cause I'm not as smart as my smartphone sorry maybe some one can help me out?
