MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell made an insane claim that more people are dying or dead because President Trump is in office.

According to The Daily Wire:
Last Thursday, following President Trump’s speech from the Oval Office on Wednesday night, MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell threw any idea of a come-together moment for Americans out the window in a nasty attack on the president, snapping, “More people are dead and dying in America tonight because Donald Trump is president.”

As the Media Research Center reported, O’Donnell ranted:

The most incompetent and uninformed president in history has led the federal government into the worst emergency response to a p******c that we have ever seen in this country. One of our guests will tell us that it’s one of the worst responses by any government in the world today. More people are sick in American tonight, because Donald Trump is president.

More people are dead and dying in America tonight because Donald Trump is president. More people are losing more of their life savings and retirement accounts because Donald Trump is president as we will discuss in this hour. The president’s ten-minute speech from the Oval Office last night provoked more loss of stock market value, which is to say, retirement funds, than any other speech by any other president in history. If Donald Trump had just said nothing last night, where would we be today?
But this is nothing new. CNN claimed Trump was xenophobic for closing the border to European's despite Europe considering closing its borders and Canada actually closing theirs.

CNN is right. We now not only have the highest rate of infection in the world, we have the most cases of the v***s. We have known about this v***s since Jan. when it hit China. Trump didn't pay any attention to it. He fired the P******c advisers because they were hired by Obama and didn't replace them. He continually said that the v***s was not a problem, that it was well in hand. He had the law empowered that gave him power to order private's companies to produce all the things that is needed to protect health workers and respirators to treat infected patients, BUT NEVER USED IT! He still insists that New York and other states with high rates of v***s infection don't need as many respirators and hospital beds as requested. He said that he expects people to get back to work by April twelve to save the economy, in spite of the fact that medical experts say that this p******c won't start to wain until June at the earliest. HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT THIS I***T HASN'T COST LIVES? MSNBC HAS SAID THAT HE IS GUILTY OF NEGLEGENT HOMOCIDE, AND I FOR ONE KNOW THAT THEY HIT THE NAIL RIGHT ON THE HEAD!

big I was looking up the legal definition of negligent homocide because I though it fit what Trump has done regarding the C****a v***s. Not only did it say exactly what I thought, but it said that MSNBC already accused Trump of that very crime. How is this not true?

I would think it is more about looking at a big picture and seeing many different side issues and trying to resolve the big picture, and not according to your narrow views. To say he was deliberately making decisions knowing that they were wrong and would cause death, with total disregard to those consequences might lead to your definition. But there are many issues to look at and he is trying to balance the whole picture. Hind sight might say he was wrong, and maybe right, but he has to use foresight and intuition and advice and make quick decisions. Some may be wrong, but deliberate, negligent homicide doesn't come across to me as the correct definition of what is and has happened.
