By saying "their own making" I meant the financial institutions (I wasn't referring to Obama in case you interpreted it this way). The housing crisis wasn't caused by Bush and, in fact, he tried to warn of this back in 2005 and no one would listen. You can thank Barney Frank and his committees and legislation for helping create the housing glut and easy money to buy by people who would never have normally qualified for a home loan. It was all bad business practices and greed. But it wasn't caused by Bush.
Nevertheless, Bush got us into two wars (with the aid of Congress and many others). What I blame bush for is increasing the deficit, just when we were beginning to run balanced budgets and pay down the national debt, by financing two wars without any means to pay for them. He didn't even ask Americans to sacrifice anything to help finance the wars. Just plain stupid. But what else would you expect from a bunch of neocons? They are as dumb as the Left.
