As time goes on we will find out. I do not think it was deliberate because of countries like Iran getting hit so badly. Even Italy was not a country China would deliberately infect.

The actual numbers in the article were around 1/3... The 69% was an estimate of possible spread earlier on....

Still...effects would be different in different populations and I'm reasonably sure the v***s was here before anyone knew it (except for the people who purposely spread it, that is).
