1st Question: Knowing so very little about details of the exchange (like yourself) I am awaiting the answers from people who do- there is a question, granted. As for Bergdahl, I await for due process, his day in court, to let him tell his side. Until then it is gossip. What we know right now is: Gen. Martin Dempsey, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has himself stated that he will not prejudge the circumstances of Bergdahl's capture until more is known. 
ONE fellow soldier has offered the OPINION that Bergdahl voluntarily walked away from his post while on duty guarding four sleeping comrades. The soldier making that claim did NOT actually witness what happened; he is making that supposition based only on Bergdahl's previous complaints about the U.S. military mission in that country. We also know where the terrorist suspects are located (forever) and that they are having to be trained just to make baskets and wipe their butts after the years in Gitmo. As a combat vet I am glad Bergdahl was found and reclaimed by America. WE don't like to leave any of ours behind.

3rd Question: Actually I approve of much of what the TparT has brought up, I welcome a third party, I am a hardworking American, I provide most of my own fish and meat, I have been in the service, I have a variety of issues with my president but think he actually, in spite of everything, has a long list of accomplishments. I don't H**E and I don't have lots of enemies any more. I live in a very traditional community and wh**ever our political persuasions, we mostly get along, help each other out and party and grieve together. This is America, not some third world backwater mob with vigilante groups and kangaroo courts, witch burnings and superstitions ruling our lives. Where do you live?
