This medication has been used on thousands of patients with very positive results. If I was suffering with a serious case of C****-** and the two choices are 1) We have nothing for you so get your affairs in order or 2) We don't know if hydroxychloroquine is absolutely the best treatment possible, and it hasn't undergone months long double blind testing, but it has been very effective with many people - I am definitely going to wheeze out "give me the hydroxychloroquine".
