2nd offense...add serious pain. Make parents witness.
3rd offense serious isolated prison time...Devils Island plan.

Once again the i***ts in our society have just increased the cost of goods. Stores have overheads that must be factored into the cost of doing business. I***ts don't care because they are covered by mom and dad then they want $15 per hour for starter job. They should be fined at triple the cost of the produce they destroyed so the rest of us can purchase goods at a reasonable cost.

I live in a popular beach town in Florida. Instead of RonDe Santas, our governor, just closing all of the beaches in the state of Florida, it seems that it's up to each municipality meaning the mayor, to set the parameters. Not only are the beaches on overload, but so are convenience stores, grocery stores, filling stations,etc. About all we can do is wait for their money to run out and they get the heck out of town. Ugh

Thanks to everybody for replying, I appreciate all the comments. Personally I don't think they should be executed either. I also don't think they should be jailed, if only because of the cost to house and feed them there. They are not worth it.

IMO, we should take a lesson from Singapore and institute public canings. After the canings the perps should be required to work at hard labor for $1/hr until the cost of the produce they destroyed, and the cost of removing/replacing it, times 2 to 5, is paid.

Reeducation facilities and hard labor.

Some may prove that the ultimate penalty is our only recourse while in confinement.

If the kids are under 16, nail the parents. Take the produce off the shelf, have the little bastards arrested, fine the parents. If they are 16 or over treat them like adult criminals. Arrest and charge them as adults. Fines and jail time, no probation.

Isolated? How about all of them? That way they might be eligible for a group rate. LOL I understand Devil's Island is much more instructional with friends.

No, not just as a deterrent. However, if they become a carrier and someone contracts the WuFlu it's much like guys who have unprotected sex when they know that they have AIDS. They can be prosecuted for it.

I remember it very well. In NYC it was a sort of 'don't go home with strangers no matter how good they look or how much they turn you on.' I wonder if they can grasp the concept of personal responsibility.

With the panic, didn't you see that coming? I did. Not so much for the reasons you stated YET! Those will come in when things go back to normal.
