This will be good...the wealthiest man in china is offering us 500,000 test kits

Trump needs to tone down the rhetoric and make peace, as in do wh**ever he can for China and accept help when it's offered. He has already refused help with test kits from who because he wanted our biggest labs to have a monopoly on tens of billions of dollars. We still aren't up to speed. South Korea ramped up to thousands a day in a few days. This isn't that frigging difficult.

===============
Those test kits have v***s. Please Mr. President don't touch them, unless disinfected.

Ma Yun is awesome... And has sent kits to a number of nations... What's up with not wanting his aid?

Funny looking fella though

When you're that rich, who cares what you look like?

To answer the question about why t***p w*n't accept the help, one must remember that this is an e******n year and the optics of accepting help from the people who gave us the disease is bad..........................added to the fact that trump has never acknowledged needing help from anybody for anything. He da man you know.

He's a pretty decent fellow... Has retired from his business and now focuses on philanthropy...

I agree concerning Trump... But it's still bizarre behavior... Those tests could save lives... I would expect that to be a priority in any year...

He turned down kits from south korea also , its obvious I'm not a trump fan ,but I did hope he would somehow listen to the people around him a become a decent president,
His handling of this p******c reinforces my original opinion, that he was unfit to serve.
And if he were of any other party I'd say the same .

Yep...

I'm constantly amazed how many conflicting narratives are posted here...

Besides being in the age group most threatened, we are behind in our work, so staying home has unintended benefits. Time to plan the vegetable garden, set out trays in the greenhouse and find someone to chop down the old dead trees so they don't fall on the live ones. The neighbors had their first kids (baby goats) arrive last night, 1 male and 2 females, so before long we will be helping with shots, worming, dehorning and castrating the soon to be whethers. Since we are not having as many visitors, maybe we can get some work done here, and NPP seems ready to get working, which is a good sign.

I'm amazed he hasn't pounced on the opportunity to hammer home more trade deals with China...

Their economy was hit hard and there are lots of concessions they would probably make...

Refusing charity from private citizens is just weird... And childish...

I saw him at a news briefing yesterday... He looks burnt out...

Now is not a good time to be having pissing contests...

That's the right attitude

I finished my thesis, lost some weight (30 pounds) , and potty trained my daughter...

Also caught up on all my lesson planning and reading materials...

It's been a blessing in some ways... Certainly makes me appreciate how fragile my normal life is...

Oh... And I've learned a dozen new recipes

Oh, right, that'll be a day of celebration when y'all leave politics out of it. This entire thread is nothing but one more political ping pong game. Nobody wins, nobody loses, and nobody is keeping score.

Or, like the spectral hour glass, the top never empties, the bottom never fills.

What are they for? We are looking for a few new stew and pot roast receipies Since we can't have our weekly pot luck church dinner we will be cooking for 30 people and some one will be delivering them to the families that need them. We love to cook but are running out of ideas.
