Actually, we have public bath houses in China, some are quite nice... And the sexes are separated... All the men together...
In the steam room there's usually a big bowl of salt... They use it to scrub their bodies as they sweat... I've had friends do my back and returned the favor.....
They also have attendants who will give you a full body scrub with a hand brush...
There's nothing sexual about it...
