Although I am up in years I am ashamed to say I did not get interested in politics, laws, v****g, etc. until about five years ago. Never too late right?
As a result I sometimes have questions that come up that I hope can be answered. I depend on this site because the people here are informative and interesting.

If Eric Holder does not get a special prosecutor for any of the scandals, can the Supreme Court do it?
Thank You

No. That's the job of the Attorney General. And, we just happen to have the most partisan and corrupt Attorney General in history. If he doesn't name a special prosecutor he should be impeached.

A special prosecutor generally is a lawyer from outside the government appointed by an attorney general or, in the United States, by Congress to investigate a government official for misconduct while in office. A reasoning for such an appointment is that the governmental branch or agency may have political connections to those it might be asked to investigate. Inherently, this creates a conflict of interest and a solution is to have someone from outside the department lead the investigation. The term "special prosecutor" may have a variety of meanings from one country to the next, from one government branch to the next within the same country, and within different agencies within each government branch. Critics of the use of special prosecutors argue that these investigators act as a "fourth branch" to the government because they are not subject to limitations in spending or have deadlines to meet.

So, the only reason that there are not a 100 special prosecutors is because the congress knows that all these so called scandals are just BS, to get thier base fired up.

I do not believe the SCOTUS has that authority and you know Holder is not going to do it.

Man, did you ever pick the right moniker "moldyoldy" because your brain has already spoiled and shriveled up. If this was a Republican President with these so-called phony scandals, you brain-dead liberals would have him impeached by now. You're a hypocrite and an i***t.

I am not sure, but I believe standard impeachment would proceed, which is impeachment in the House, [possible], and then a trial in the Senate. [not gonna happen]. No matter what happens, he will be pardoned by Obama, because Holder knows where the bodies are buried, not only from the Obama Administration, but also the Clinton Administration, where he was a significant, if behind the scenes player. Wouldn't surprise me if he had some dirt on the Bush people also.

T***h? I am really surprised you even knew how to spell that big word. T***h is something you wouldn't recognize if it hit you between the eyes. I only name call when you deserve it, and in your case you're a moron, so you deserve it. Wake up.

I am not positive, but I believe congress can appoint the special prosecutor. Maybe congress can only request that one be appointed.

But yours is the most logical and realistic appraisal of the sutuation I have seen.

Eric the Hun Holder should have been removed 4 years ago but we have a bunch of NO BALLS RepubliRATS who have sold out the Conservative Party as evidenced in the Mississippi run off when they sided with the T*****r against the Tea Party candidate and got Democrats to cross v**e to defeat him spending over a million dollars to keep the status quo. I am a Conservative and believer in the Constitution and Bill of Rights and unlike OBAMINATION AND THE NEW MARXIST PARTY (DEMORATS) I believe in what made us the best, most powerful, richest, healthiest and freest People and Nation in the World in less than 100 years, CAPITALISM NOT C*******M LIKE THE MARXIST OBAMINATION. WHAT IS AN INFIDEL ?

This is a true story and the author,

Rick Mathes, is a well-known

Leader in prison ministry

The man who walks with God always gets to his

destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose

The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per

capita in the United States , especially in the minority

races!!

Last month I attended my annual training session

that's required for maintaining my state prison security
clearance...

During the training session there was a presentation by

three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant

and Muslim faiths, who each explained their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic had

to say. The Muslim gave a great presentation of the basics
of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations,
time was provided for questions and answers then it was my
turn. I directed my question to the Muslim and asked:

'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I
understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have
declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the
world and, that by k*****g an infidel, (which is a command
to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If
that's the case, can you give me the definition of an
infidel?'

There was no disagreement with my statements and,
without hesitation, he replied, ' Non-believers! '
I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this
straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to k**l
everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place
in heaven.

Is that correct?'

The expression on his face changed from one of

authority and command to that of a little boy who had just

been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. He sheepishly

replied, 'Yes.'

I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem

trying to imagine The Pope commanding all Catholics to k**l

those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants

to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in

heaven!'

The Muslim was speechless! I continued,'I also have

a problem with being your friend when you and your brother

clerics are telling your followers to k**l me!
Let me ask you a question:

Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to k**l

me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells

me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you

to be there with me?'

You could have heard a pin drop as

The Imam hung his head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the

'Diversification' training seminar were not happy

with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing

the t***h about the Muslims' beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim v**ers in

the U.S. To elect the President!

I think everyone in the U.S. Should be required to read
this, but with the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely
publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

This is your chance to make a difference....

FOR CHRIST'S SAKE.....SEND THIS ON . .
