1st batch of medics sent to W***n starts returning

The first batch of medical workers dispatched to combat the C****-** outbreak in W***n, Hubei province, is returning home starting on Tuesday, Xinhua News Agency reports.
On Tuesday, 41 medical teams, consisting of 3,675 members, will be returning home to other Chinese provinces. They were treating patients at seven designated hospitals and 14 makeshift hospitals throughout the city.
The National Health Commission said early this month that 346 medical teams had been mobilized across China to aid prevention and treatment efforts in W***n. The teams included 42,600 personnel, including 19,000 medical workers dedicated to treating severe and critical patients.
This is great news as soon group of medical professionals from the University where I work went South to W***n.... Among them were several who I know personally... These brave individuals volunteered to enter the heart of the outbreak... Leaving friends and family... God bless them all for their sacrifice and courage... 🙏🙏🙏
