We are going to see this daily number rise, this is not speculative, it is a fact.

The "curve" is going to go up on a daily basis, and the daily increase will not flatten off until the extreme actions taken start to work a couple of weeks down the road. That is the good outlook, not the worst case.

Working together involves understanding the reality and what needs to be done by everyone pulling together and changing it. It means figuring out who has and is telling the t***h, and who has been feeding us unadulterated lies over the last few weeks.

Actually their take is holding together just fine, it's Trump that had to do the flip and spin to match up with the reality. There's nothing like facts to prove out in the end.

The C****a v***s is a h**x and I'll tell you why. If the v***s had spread as fast here as it did in China there would have been bodies on the planes and in the airport.

Complications of pneumonia, flu season and comorbidities make glib statements impossible.

Trump never lied about c****a v***s. He packaged the information he was getting for the media machine. Which demands a presser every 45 seconds even when they don't have the information.

There has never been a p******c before. So throwing mud at Trump is useless and reveals your bias.


I live in downtown Los Angeles. If the C****a v***s was as bad as they said at first there would be corpses lining San Julian and the toy district.

There ain't. There weren't.

People living on the street without running water and living in filthy tents on the sidewalk aren't brewing up a contagion. If c***d ** was as bad as hyped there would be taped off areas and people under lockdown to the very end

NBA basketball players sharing sweat covered basketballs and shower stalls may have passed it on.

Some nurse at a long term care facility in Kirkland Washington excreted a few too many fluids and passed around a few cases. But for the v***s contagion to follow the China model of a hundred thousand cases, thousand s of deaths..

At that level it would look like a h**x at that time. Because the models of China and Italy don't match the hospital cases and diagnosing. The case number didn't match the exposed population.

There is no treatment for c***d **. So a test just tells you what you already know. You feel crummy whether you test it not.

That's the reality we have today. Governor's and mayor's are shutting down outside contact to prevent cocoons of contagion of a strength like in Kirkland.

Pointing fingers at Trump is absurd. The effect of a contagion like they were representing wouldn't have needed a memo from the cDc.

There would have been bodies in abandoned ambulances and scenes like a Stephen King novel. Supernatural did a couple shows like c***d ** but they called it the Croatoan v***s.

Tom Clancy wrote a book about something very similar happening in the U.S.

But that also stalled because the aerosol dried too soon in the air. People didn't get contaminated fast enough for it to get out of hand.

so the Beltway didn't blink at news of a p******c. They know the scenarios. They saw it cynically as an opportunity to pork barrel stuff and spend a bill.

And every official from every former administration is quick to tell the press puppets what to say.

But people like Drew Pinsky can't drown out a media machine hyping the v***s for all it's worth.

To say that Trump lied is like saying he deliberately misled the American public. To what end?

Between where the 9th Street saints and the spring Street bloods contest Pershing Square as their turf.

The downtown area would be crawling with White Hazmat trucks scooping bodies of all the sidewalk residents living on top of each other.

What became more real in the weeks after Trump's initial statements was the detection of latent cocoons of contagion. Because even though the news warned them to steer clear, people were obviously not discouraged. The media was so busy playing Gotcha at Trump they ignored the opportunity to get the public the t***h.

Not getting the best information from officials. Watch last Friday's white House press conference.

Media almost ignored authorities and medical officials to bych at Trump. Almost ignoring them to skewer Trump.

Also the c***d ** does not read as a real p******c because Americans have healthy and Intact i****e s****ms.

So it may be that Trump scoffed at advice that C***d ** was real because a depth of cases had not emerged and has not emerged since.

We've had basically one death for every STATE. That's not as bad as regular flu or swine flu or anything that had cut a swath thru the country's health before.

I'm.not sure what satisfaction you take in comforting yourself that Trump "lied" or what possible motive he has for doing so..

Maybe think that one through a little more. Trump regularly coalesces the Information he gets from multiple people and different perspectives.

It really doesn't serve Trump in any way to "lie" about a p******c.

And since the death toll isn't anywhere what it might have been in other circumstances, one can understand why Trump felt it was a h**x.

Because the death toll in the u.s. and worldwide had been promoted as happening at runaway speed, but this was not seen domestically.

If the C****a v***s was as bad as they say there would be stacks of corpses down Wilshire Blvd.

It's bad but it isn't *that* bad. But it can get much worse, unless strict measures are taken, Americans will socialise in groups and bring the v***s back to life until hospitals close for lack of healthy staff.

Can’t speak for Cail. finally our Gov addressed the homeless here yesterday.. They are speaking with hotels and abandoned bdlg owners trying to work out agreements to bring in the homeless people so they can get cleaned up, showered, clean clothes, food and be tested etc.

I was very thankful to read about this and hear him on the news because I had a serious concern for the homeless and how they could spread the illness if not tested and get some adequate care in the event they are sick. They already have a few places set up and are going out to bring in the homeless so they can be tested and quarantined if needed....It’s a start, and much needed start. They will also be able to stay at wh**ever facility they are brought to until this epidemic has passed at least.

It was also cool to hear him ask people that are healthy, not sick to bring blankets and bedding, clothing wh**ever they want to donate to four donation locations so they can be distributed to the homeless.

Community help, humanity rules and yes took a car load in, it makes you feel good helping together as we should..

Hopefully so, it sure is needed.. I’m just glad they’re taking the opportunity to include the homeless in ways to rectify the situation at least to some degree. Those people need help and definitely need to be tested especially as much as they walk around other locations. If infected they need to be given medication and proper means to recover instead of going unaddressed and infecting others....
