I think that the Washington Redskins should definitely change their very offensive name but they are doing it all wrong. Washington has the lowest approval rating so lets just drop Washington and go with Redskins.

Has anyone taken a poll amongst the American Indians and get their opinion on this issue instead of listening to Harry Reid's rants? Does he have any Indian blood in him? This whole thing is just another HR trick to shift attention away from other more important issues or to shift attention away from some other legislation he doesn't want the American taxpayers to know about. I had a very successful one about Obama trying to force the Skins to change their name. Thread got pretty long and I haven't looked in some time.

Anyway I thought that this one would work pretty well since all the names appear to be what leaners would like to see used.

AS a native American I am not offendeded by the name Redskins. Several years back a town near my tribe changed the high school teams name from the Indians without consulting the tribe. We were upset about it and they changed the name back to the Indians. Now teams named the Jungle Bunnys or Spearchuckers may need a change.
