My wife's office is already under a heightened sense of avoiding catching colds and flu from her employee. This woman who is in her late 50's has her daughter's family with a four and a two year old living with them, someone is always sick, and this woman goes from having something to having something else. If she's not sick someone at her house is.

Jeanne will tell her to go home and she says she can't afford it. They keep everything sanitized and she has her own phone. We've been talking about this, and they have marginal or non existent healthcare as she always says she can't afford the copays to see a doctor. Her daughter does have healthcare with her company so I'm guessing they can get testing when symptoms call for it. Fortunately this is a veterinary clinic so everything is always being sanitized and wiped down, but it's annoying to have someone at work who is sick all the time.

I have not had anything but mild flu since 75 when I almost died from the swine flu. I was by myself and had no supportive care is the reason I almost died. I have not had the flu since, and if I did it was very mild versions of wh**ever everyone else was getting.

I have had a cough and lung congestion for months, so I figure if I get this thing it's going to be hard on me.

No kidding. It takes months to see a doctor when you have government run healthcare. Lower standards and rationing.

That's the part I don't understand that people can't get through their heads is that the standards get lowered every time the government gets involved with running anything. How do people think things will get better just because the government gets involved? Hasn't history taught us anything?

Over 112 million people murdered by their own socialist/c*******t governments, millions more imprisoned and tortured, and untold more millions living in abject poverty and misery, (I guess there is e******y, EVERYONE, but the rulers are equally miserable,) and yet the same excuse, "the right tyrant hasn't implemented socialism/c*******m properly, or he/she would MAKE it work THIS time, really". And there is a real time, tragic example in Venezuela, so it's not even history. Hugo Chavez promised the most prosperous country in South America all the things the Democrat/socialist candidates, (and they are ALL socialists, some are just more open about their agenda than others,) and the result is what the result has ALWAYS been. Abject poverty, starvation, government oppression, and suppression of any dissent. These people are not called useful i***ts for nothing. And they are more than willing to d**g their neighbors into hell with them.

I read a column a week or so ago by a guy who had just got back from Cuba. He said these liberal youth should all go there and see just how backward everything is. People standing around because there is little work. Wages very low except for the part elite.

Perhaps all of these l*****t figure they will be in the elite in the new world order.
