In 5-4 Decision, Supreme Court Drops The Constitution On Immigration – Hands Trump Victory
by Adam Casalino

By Adam Casalino March 5th, 2020

The Supreme Court has been giving Trump recent wins. And in a close decision, they just handed him another one.

What was the big argument? Whether undocumented workers—who steal Americans’ Social Security numbers—can be charged with a crime.

Sounds like a no-brainer, right? Not to the D.C. swamp. They had a law that cleverly protected identity thieves from prosecution.

Thankfully, the Supreme Court disagreed.

From The Epoch Times:

The Supreme Court on March 3 upheld the power of states to pursue i*****l a***ns for identity theft, ruling against three men who used someone else’s Social Security number to gain employment.

In the decision, the justice ruled 5-4 that Kansas can rely on false information used by i*****l a***ns in their W–4 and K–4 tax-withholding forms to prosecute them for identity theft even if they used the same false information on their I-9 work authorization forms.

In a close decision, the Supreme Court ruled that states have the right to prosecute non-citizens who steal SSN’s.

There is a law that made it a crime for anyone to lie on an I-9 form. But the same law created a loophole that let border jumpers steal Americans’ identity.

If they put that same information on an I-9, it couldn’t be used to charge other crimes.

It’s confusing and bizarre—by design.

D.C. lawmakers have for years tried to find ways to protect non-citizens at the expense of Americans.

This law was clearly designed to protect people who stole identities to get work in the U.S.

And it would encourage more to do the same.

But Trump’s Supreme Court decided enough was enough.

They ruled states can do the right thing and stop criminals from robbing Americans.

This should be 9-0. What has happened to the rule of law in this country?

A victory for every American. When we can subjectively decide which laws to follow and which ones to not follow, our respect for the Constitution and everyone who came before us is lost. That is the beginning of the end of this great experiment in Republicanism.

This should have been "no brainer" with a 9-0 decision. Seems logical to me that ANYONE stealing and using someone else's SSN should be prosecuted and when found guilty, punished to the full extent of the law.

You don't have to go to law school to understand that this is breaking not only the rule of law but common decency as well. While laws usually don't seem to take into account common decency, they usually do take into account common sense.

So, now we have four justices who have law degrees and no common sense. And they are sitting on the highest court in the land passing judgement on the legality of our laws. It is one hell of an indictment of four people that all Americans should be able to look up to with p***e.

Unfortunately, vocal condemnation of these four individuals is the only outlet the average citizen has at this time. But there is a remedy. It is for eligible v**ers to v**e for a president who, when appointing judges to the highest court in the land, appoint judges who will use their law degree and years of experience, plus common sense when applying laws that protect the citizens of this country.

It didn't happen in this case. Regrettably, that appears to be the norm rather than the exception with these nine justices.

Why isn't stealing SS numbers a federal crime? Both those who supply the #'s and those who use them should be prosecuted.

We know who are the anti-Constitutionalist judges. It takes time, but they are on there way out. The Marxist indoctrinated "swamp" is being drained. Once we cut off their funding, these power-hungry felons will fade.

This is a good post and my knee jerk reaction is the same as the other answers...

good, great about time yeppee..

but we should also give a thought.. as this is a right leaning article, which most of the time at the very least leave information out..

I would like to know more..

what was in the law which allowed exemptions?

when was the law written?

what is the name of the law? some would like to look it up..

whenever a law is created or overturned I think it is important that we have maximum information in order to draw our own conclusion..

Hooray for trump??

Did any of this decision affect the i******s he hires??

does it affect Melania?

More information before I am comfortable keeping my first reaction..

Love the meme, also.

I doubt this affects Melania as she doesn't have a stolen SSN (seems like a dumb thing to say). However, I agree with your sentiment about wanting more details, which I am sure are readily available on plenty of news sites.

They won't ever give up. They are content to take as long as they need to change our country into a l*****t hellhole, no matter how long it takes. We must remain always vigilant and never get complacent as we did when we elected Obama. Obama was the result of a trend that has been ongoing for the past 100 years that increased exponentially year after year until Obama was almost the death knell for America.

SSNs cannot be used as Identification. However, They are used to get a f**e ID, steal money, commit fraud, and s**m others out of money. What other reason could a person possibly want a f**e SSN for, other than to enroll in college, regardless of what country they may be a citizen of, and not have to pay non-resident fees?
