I'm a gonna give you the basic recipe but you can tweek it all you want.--You can't wreck it and it is gonna taste good. Get you a 4 quart sauce pan-dump in a 28oz can of red chile sauce--dump in one 16 oz can of hominy and the juice and one can garbanzo beans and the juice. add one tablespoon minced garlic and kick it up a knotch.. ad 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water. Heat it up till it simmers and do not boil it.---- Chop up some green onions and the tops. Slice a couple lemons into wedges. After your soup is simmered a while ladle it into a boil- sprinkle in some green onions and squeeze lemon juice over it. Eat and eat till it is all gone. Serve with tortillas. I admit my daughter is a Vegan so I make it this way for her sake. Personally I like mine with beef tripe and chopped bacon.

Yea I’ve had it with chicken wings. Even better is menudo the real breakfast of champions. Almost the same stuff, but beef stomach for the meat product.
