This President takes credit for everything anyway, Mitch has loaded the courts with partisans, trump bypasses both dems and repubs in Congress, so wh**ever failures he's experienced are his own doing. If he had anyone who knew the basic tenets of the Constitution, and/or if he listened to them, he might have smoother sailing.
