These will be the people setting the tone for the anti-firearms policies we will be opposing in this e******n and the next legislative session.

Pete Buttigieg Vows to: (directly from his website)
Make background checks universal and close the loopholes that allow dangerous individuals to acquire and keep guns. After each new mass shooting, it has become routine to learn that the perpetrator acquired their guns legally. Current federal law only requires licensed gun dealers to conduct background checks on gun sales, allowing too many people who are banned from having guns to acquire them anyway. This loophole and others that allow dangerous individuals to obtain guns have to be closed.
Institute universal background checks. The Senate should immediately pass universal background check legislation — including from all gun shows and unlicensed online sales — which was passed by the House of Representatives over 150 days ago.
Close the “boyfriend loophole.” We need to close loopholes that will reduce the number of intimate partner homicides, including extending laws to apply to dating partners in the same way that they treat partners who have lived together as spouses.
Close the “Charleston loophole.” Under federal law, if a federally-licensed gun dealer who has initiated a background check has not been notified within three business days that the sale would violate federal or state laws, the sale can go forward by default. We must close this deadly loophole and allow the FBI additional time to investigate potentially dangerous people. Until a background check is completed, gun sales must be prohibited from taking place.
Close the h**e loophole. H**e and bigotry have motivated some of the deadliest mass shootings in our nation’s history. In too many cases, a firearm turns bigoted threats into deadly assaults. In recent years, the number of active h**e groups in the U.S. has reached an all-time high. We must pass the Disarm H**e Act, which would prohibit people convicted of h**e crimes from acquiring or possessing firearms.
Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. In the two decades since Columbine, America has barely changed its national gun laws, besides letting an assault weapons ban expire. As a veteran, I know that military-grade weapons have no place in our neighborhoods. The same is true for high-capacity magazines, some of which can hold up to 100 rounds of ammunition and significantly increase a shooter’s ability to injure and k**l large numbers of people quickly without needing to reload. We’ve already decided that certain weaponry — like tanks and rockets — are unacceptable in civilian hands. Congress should similarly reinstitute a federal assault weapons ban and ban magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
Support red f**g laws that disarm domestic abusers. Red f**g laws allow a judge to seize legally-owned guns if someone is determined to be an immediate threat to themselves or others. In many cases, people close to a mass shooter had observed clear warning signs of violence — such as stalking or abusing women — but were unable to act to keep the shooter from accessing weapons. Congress should pass a federal Extreme Risk Protection Order Act to allow for an intervention before there is carnage.
Establish a nationwide gun licensing system. Comprehensive background checks can be made more effective by also requiring the gun buyer to be licensed — similar to what we require of car owners nationwide. This increases accountability for both sellers and buyers, and makes it less likely that a prohibited individual will be able to obtain a gun.
Congress should also supplement universal background check legislation with federal licensing laws.
Resume federal funding for gun violence research. Gun violence is a public health crisis, but for the past two decades Congress has effectively cut funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) for studying gun violence. The House of Representatives allocated $50 million of funding for gun violence research at CDC and NIH, and the Senate should immediately pass it. When someone wants to make it illegal to research something, you’ve got to wonder what they’re worried we might find.

Just days after the spectacular suffocation of an “assault weapons” ban bill in a Virginia Senate committee, yet another Bloomberg-funded attack on firearm rights has failed, this time in adjoining Maryland.

Yesterday a proposal at the Maryland statehouse to force state registration for a long list of guns that anti-gun politicians have labeled as “assault rifles and pistols” was withdrawn by the House Judiciary Committee in the face of fierce opposition and questions about a registry being unfunded and overwhelming to administer.


Known as House Bill 1261, the measure was set to criminalize the possession of many firearms in wide use in Maryland, stipulating jail terms plus fines as high as $1,000 per firearm for failure to register.

The failure of the registration bill comes on the heels of a blistering attack by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, who has admonished Maryland legislators for ignoring his crime bill aimed at reducing crime in the state’s largest and most violent city, Baltimore.

Charm City is plagued with a homicide rate that is ten times the national average. In just the first two months of the 2020, 44 people have died—a 45% increase over the same period last year.

The Republican governor is insisting on mandatory minimum jail terms for gun crimes. Democrats at the statehouse, though, continue to sidestep the proposals despite the alarming body count in Baltimore, claiming they need evidence that mandatory minimums work.

The stalemate is a continuation of decades of failure by a Democrat majority in Annapolis to stem crime in the state’s leading metropolis. Instead, anti-gun legislators have focused on firearm regulations that have yet to make a dent in crime statistics.

In 2013, Democrats enacted a sales ban on pencil-barrel AR-15s, AK-47s and other rifles they deemed “assault weapons”, while grandfathering in rifles in possession prior to the law taking affect.

Despite the pronouncements that the law would “save lives,” the homicide rate in Baltimore remains at or near the top of national statistics.

In the Maryland statehouse, gun control groups are continuing to pressure for more regulations overwhelmingly aimed at penalizing law abiding citizens, such as a bill to criminalize the Free State’s 400-year tradition of private long gun sales and t***sfers among Marylanders.

Crimes committed with long guns in Maryland have been shown to be only a fraction of those committed with handguns, but gun control measures involving long guns remains the priority for the out-of-state-funded groups pressuring the legislators.

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch played a central role in the worst scandals of the Obama administration.

Now the public is finally learning the t***h.

And Fox News just exposed Loretta Lynch’s big secret about this meeting with Bill Clinton.

During the 2016 campaign, Loretta Lynch famously met with former President Bill Clinton on her government airplane while it sat on the tarmac of a Phoenix airport.

Forty-eight hours after this meeting, then-FBI Director James Comey announced the FBI would not recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information on her private email server.



Lynch claimed she and Clinton chatted for 20 minutes about routine subjects such as grandchildren.

But in his testimony to Congress, Comey revealed that Lynch pressured him to use Clinton campaign talking points to describe the investigation as a “matter” – which some critics contend was an act of obstruction of justice on Lynch’s part.

Lynch’s story never passed the smell test to many fair-minded Americans.

And the questions about Lynch’s meeting with Clinton only grew louder and more pointed after a bombshell report on “Fox and Friends.”

The Fox News morning show hosted author Christopher Sign who wrote the book “Secret on the Tarmac,” which detailed the behind-the-scenes story of what Clinton and Lynch discussed.

Fox News exclusively reports:


Sign said: “[Secret on the Tarmac] details everything that they don’t want you to know and everything they think you forgot, but Bill Clinton was on that plane for 20 minutes and it wasn’t just about golf, grandkids, and Brexit. There’s so much that doesn’t add up.”

He said that his source who was there outlined that when Clinton arrived at the airport, he was waiting for Lynch.

“He then sat and waited in his car with the motorcade, her airstairs come down, most of her staff gets off, he then gets on as the Secret Service and FBI are figuring out ‘How in the world are we supposed to handle this? What are we supposed to do?’” Sign said.

This meeting raised eyebrows even at the time.

Lynch never recused herself from the Clinton email investigation.

The Attorney General merely said she would abide by wh**ever recommendation the investigators handed down.

After Comey’s unusual press conference where the FBI Director announced Clinton was off the hook, many Americans looked at the Clinton-Lynch meeting as a pre-meditated strategy session where Lynch gave the former President a head’s up on the outcome of the investigation.

At the time, President Trump tweeted, “Does anybody really believe that Bill Clinton and the U.S.A.G. talked only about ‘grandkids’ and golf for 37 minutes in plane on tarmac?”

Clinton’s supporters in the f**e news media tried to waive off Trump’s suspicions as mere conspiracy theories.

But now with the revelations from Sign’s book, Trump’s accusations look more like well-grounded facts.

Liberal Professor Fired After Giving Iran A Horrible Suggestion On Social Media

A professor at Babson College was terminated from his job on Thursday after he gave the Iranian regime a horrific suggestion.



The Massachusetts college released a statement that Director of Sustainability Asheen Phansey was terminated over sharing a post that said Iran should post a list of 52 American sites to attack.


According to USA Today, Phansey joked on Facebook that, “In retaliation, Ayatollah Khomenei should tweet a list of 52 sites of beloved American cultural heritage that he would bomb,” Phansey wrote in the since-deleted post. “Um… Mall of America? Kardashian residence?”



The Hill reported:

In a Thursday statement, the school confirmed that Phansey was no longer an employee, sharing “Babson College conducted a prompt and thorough investigation related to a post shared on a staff member’s personal Facebook page that does not represent the values and culture of the College. Based on the results of the investigation, the staff member is no longer a Babson College employee. As we have previously stated, Babson College condemns any type of threatening words and/or actions condoning violence and/or h**e.”

Not that I’m surprised but Phansey criticized the school and claimed it was just a joke. Phansey said that he was “disappointed and saddened that Babson decided to abruptly terminate our relationship with the college just because people willfully misinterpreted a joke I made to my friends on Facebook.”


“I would have hoped that Babson, an institution of higher education that I love and to which I have given a great deal, would have defended and supported my right to free speech. Beyond my own situation, I am really concerned about what this portends for our ability as Americans to engage in political discourse without presuming the worst about each other,” he concluded.

I’m not so sure what Phansey thought was funny about his post because it wasn’t funny at all.

Arizona Dems Tell Gun Owners To Submit Or Surrender

Gun owners are not just under attack in Virginia they are also being targeted in Arizona and Democrats are trying to pass a bill that will tell gun owners that possess an “assault rifle” they must submit or surrender.



The name of the bill in Arizona is SB 1625 which orders owners of assault rifles to turn in their “assault weapon” or make it inoperable, those who own an “assault weapon” will be grandfathered in but the firearm must be registered. The bill does not just target firearms but also manufactures of the firearm inside the state, except for any “assault weapons” manufactured for police or military use.


The Bill reads:



A PERSON, CORPORATION OR OTHER ENTITY MAY NOT MANUFACTURE, IMPORT, POSSESS, PURCHASE, SELL OR T***SFER ANY ASSAULT WEAPON OR LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE.

A PERSON WHO WAS LEGALLY IN POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON OR LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SECTION AND WHO DOES ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WITHIN NINETY DAYS AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SECTION IS NOT SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION:


1. REMOVES THE ASSAULT WEAPON OR LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE FROM THIS STATE.

2. RENDERS THE ASSAULT WEAPON PERMANENTLY INOPERABLE.


3. SURRENDERS THE ASSAULT WEAPON OR LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE TO THE APPROPRIATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FOR DESTRUCTION.

4. IF ELIGIBLE, REGISTERS THE ASSAULT WEAPON AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION D OF THIS SECTION.

D. TO REGISTER AN ASSAULT WEAPON THAT A PERSON LEGALLY POSSESSED BEFORE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SECTION, THE PERSON MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. SUBMIT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK CONDUCTED BY THE APPROPRIATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO CONFIRM THAT THE PERSON IS NOT A PROHIBITED PURCHASER UNDER 18

The bill also prohibits the use of the popular AR-15 model for hunting, according to the bill the “assault weapon” can only be used at a licensed approved gun range.

POSSESS THE ASSAULT WEAPON ONLY:

(a) ON PROPERTY THAT THE PERSON OWNS OR IMMEDIATELY CONTROLS.

(b) WHILE ON THE PREMISES OF A LICENSED GUNSMITH FOR THE PURPOSE OF LAWFUL REPAIR.

(c) WHILE ENGAGED IN THE LEGAL USE OF THE ASSAULT WEAPON AT A DULY LICENSED FIRING RANGE.

(d) WHILE TRAVELING TO OR FROM LOCATIONS LISTED IN THIS PARAGRAPH IF THE ASSAULT WEAPON IS STORED UNLOADED IN A LOCKED CONTAINER DURING T***SPORT. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SUBDIVISION, LOCKED CONTAINER DOES NOT INCLUDE THE UTILITY COMPARTMENT, GLOVE COMPARTMENT OR TRUNK OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.

Her weekly press conference on Thursday has a train wreck, she sounded like an angry elementary school assistant principal. Its most recent victim is Christian pastor Rick Wiles and his channel TruNews which Google-owned YouTube has permanently banned claiming TruNews is anti-Semitic and have violated YouTube’s policies pertaining to h**e speech.

“It was only a matter of time, YouTube finally canceled our channel,” Wiles said on his show Thursday. “What was our crime? They accused us of h**e speech.”

“Of course, there is no such thing as h**e speech — it’s a crime that was invented by the political left several decades ago,” he said. “What it really means is free speech that somebody doesn’t like.”



Wiles said the “final nail in the coffin” according to YouTube was their February 12 interview with Israeli News Live’s Steve and Jana Ben-Nun titled, “Christianity Vs. Evangelical Z*****m.”

Wiles said he got hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of free bandwidth off YouTube and plans to conduct “business as usual” on their own website. “Nothing they do to stop us will succeed, in fact, the more they try to destroy us the more God will bless us, the gates of hell will not prevail against his Church,” Wiles said.

As NewsWars reports, last year, the Anti-Defamation League put TruNews on what has been dubbed a “hit list” of 30 Christian and conservative channels they demanded be banned by YouTube for being supposedly anti-Semitic.

Greenblatt said in the past that the ADL works with Google and Facebook to “tweak their algorithms” and “redirect” searches through AI to protect people’s right to “not be harassed or h**ed.”

Sacha Baron Cohen said during a v***l speech to the ADL a few months ago that nothing should be allowed to be posted on social media which hasn’t gone through their “monitors” first for manual approval.

That sounds like blatant biased censorship which would be the complete opposite of free speech.

Sounds like YouTube is following through on a “research” paper written by professors at George Washington University in which they proposed banning and silencing small segments of the right, one at a time, in an overall attempt to shut down conservatives without enraging the masses.

What This Sanctuary City Just Told Police Not To Do With I******s For Unlicensed Driving Is Appalling



(Tea Party 247) – One of the most beautiful parts of being an American, living in the land of the free and the home of the brave, is that no one is above the law. Whether you are rich, poor, powerful, or meek and mild, it doesn’t matter. The law is the law, and we are all beholden to it.

Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case in a country that is dominated by a select few progressives in powerful positions who will do anything to keep that power, including breaking the law to pander to i*****l a***ns, a plot designed to ens***e them to the Democratic Party.

This might explain the insanity behind why the folks calling the shots in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a sanctuary city, are now allowing i*****l a***ns to drive in their town without having to have a license.



Yes, the police were informed they are no longer to arrest i******s for driving without a license. Apparently, the safety of other citizens is not a top priority for these people.

The sanctuary city unanimously passed an ordinance Monday that tells police officers they should, whenever possible, avoid arresting drivers for being on the road without a driver’s license.

The ordinance is intended to block federal immigration officials from obtaining access to information regarding i*****l i*******ts, WXFT reported.

“We need to protect our community members from a federal government that’s out of control,” Cambridge City Councilor Quinton Zondervan said.

“There are no other reasons for the police to arrest someone, give them a court summons instead which keeps them out of the clutches of the Trump administration,” Zondervan added.



The local city government has been searching for ways they can offer protection to i*****l a***ns in order to prevent them from being deported for many years now according to news reports. The ordinance is written to include legal and illegal drivers, but when you examine the intent of the legislation, it becomes quite clear what they had in mind.

The so-called “Welcoming Community Ordinance” is meant “to establish the City of Cambridge as a Welcoming City, to declare that all are welcome here, and to increase public confidence in the City of Cambridge’s government by establishing standards associated with the City’s voluntary involvement in federal immigration enforcement,” according to the measure’s text, The Cambridge Chronicle reported.

Under the ordinance, police are not only told to refrain from arresting unlicensed drivers (including i*****l i*******ts), they are encouraged to help those drivers find a another person with a license to drive their car from the scene so that they can avoid having it impounded.

This is appalling in so many ways. Over the last few years, we’ve seen countless news stories that feature American citizens being k**led in car accidents caused by i*****l a***ns driving without a license. Now these individuals are given a free pass to engage in this dangerous activity, regardless of the damage that could come about as a result?

Shameful Moment When The Only American F**g Is Removed From Democratic Debate Stage



In case you were wondering if the Democratic Party had suddenly decided to actually stand for hardworking Americans, they haven’t.

Last night in Las Vegas, MSNBC hosted the Democratic debate just ahead of Saturday’s caucus v****g.

It was a raucous night that was an absolute sh*tshow of arguing, name-calling, misinformation, and confusion.

The only winners of the night were President Trump and the American people, who saw firsthand what an absolute disaster the Democratic Party is.

Mike Bloomberg spent $400 million to look like a tyrannical out-of-touch ghoul. Mayor Pete behaved like a robot programmed to bully last-place candidate Amy Klobuchar, and Amy and Elizabeth Warren had that “shaky lady” voice and sounded as if they were going to burst into tears at any second.



Joe Biden wasn’t much better—he looked as befuddled and confused as always. And Bernie Sanders, the dusty-old comrade, was called out for being a hypocritical c****e.

It was a mess.

However, it’s what happened BEFORE the debate started that is raising many eyebrows.

Just prior to the candidates taking to their respective podiums, a person came out and removed the American f**g that was on the stage.

How fitting.

It’s really perfect symbolism, isn’t it?

The party that has abandoned the American worker in order to pander to i*****l a***ns with promises of “everything free” removes the last symbol of “America” from their stage.

There is no better way to showcase how far down the g*******t tubes the Democrats have fallen than by removing Old Glory from the stage.

Democrats aren’t representing America, they’re representing the globe and their own personal interests—they proved that last night in Las Vegas.

Democratic p**********l candidate Pete Buttigieg’s brother-in-law Pastor Rhyan Glezman criticized Buttigieg on Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Wednesday.

Glezman said, “Yeah, in the height of intellectual dishonesty for Pete to make claims that there’s no compatibility with being a Christian and v****g for Trump. Pete, in fact, is the one who is pushing agendas
On a******n, Glezman said, “I’m just in a state of lament when you hear that we have someone running for commander in chief who can’t make a moral decision on whether to keep a child after it’s already been born or to have it k**led. What kind of moral suggestions is he going to be given if he can’t come to an understanding of that? It’s just, it’s alarming.”

Bloomberg Campaign Scrambles To Spin Brutal Debate Performance

Michael Bloomberg’s campaign was scrambling on Thursday to put a positive spin on the former mayor’s brutal 2020 debate-stage debut — though an insider admitted that the nondisclosure agreements Bloomberg used in the private sector remain a weak spot.

“You know you’re a winner when you draw attacks from all the candidates,” Bloomberg campaign manager Kevin Sheekey wrote in an email newsletter to supporters. “Everyone came to destroy Mike and it didn’t happen.”

Bloomberg, 78, may not have been destroyed Wednesday night in Las Vegas, but it wasn’t for lack of trying by his five debate competitors.

Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren led the charge in a unified attack on Bloomberg’s deep pockets, employment of stop-and-frisk policing as mayor of New York and use of NDAs to bar workers from discussing the alleged frathouse culture at his business-news empire.

A Bloomberg campaign insider said his flat-footed response to Warren’s withering NDA attack could remain a thorn in his side.

“He needs to have an answer and believe it,” the source told The Post.


But the newsletter accentuated the positive, highlighting Bloomberg’s dig at Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, a self-described Democratic socialist, for his own wealth.

“Mike Bloomberg presented himself as the leading alternative to Bernie Sanders,” wrote Sheekey. “Everyone came to get under Mike’s skin, but instead, Mike got under Bernie’s.”

Sheekey insisted that Bloomberg held his own against candidates with much longer-running campaigns — and that the best is yet to come.

“It took Mike just three months to build a stronger campaign than the rest of the field had built in more than a year,” said Sheekey. “It took him just 45 minutes in his first debate in 10 years to get his legs on the stage.

“He was just warming up last night.”

“We fully expect Mike will continue to build on last night’s performance when he appears on the stage in South Carolina next Tuesday,” continued Sheekey.

Despite admitting the NDA weak spot, the source said the camp on Thursday wasn’t in a panic, but calm and focused on forging ahead.

“Nobody is screaming or outwardly angry,” said the insider. “It seems more like, ‘Let’s figure out how to do better.’

“And he did have a moment or two.”

Tim Scott Says Trump Will See At Least A 50 Percent Increase In African American Support, And Win Re-E******n

Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) said that he believes President Donald Trump will increase his support among African-Americans by at least 50 percent and that this would guarantee him a re-e******n victory in 2020.

Scott made the comments to Neil Cavuto on his Fox News show Thursday. He based much of his opinion on the entrance and performance of New York billionaire Mike Bloomberg into the Democratic primary campaign.

“President Trump will see a 50 percent increase in his African-American support,” said Scott.

“It will go from 8 percent in 2016 to a minimum of 12 percent in 2020. He may even get to 15 percent of the African-American v**e, and that is game over!” he added.

“Wow, what makes you say that, Senator? asked Cavuto.

“Well, listen to what the Democrats are saying. They have top-tier candidates that say red-lining was a good thing, having a negative impact on African-American home ownership,” Scott said.

“And what is President Trump doing during the same time?” he asked rhetorically. “Simple. He had an executive order to increase affordability of home ownership, and African-American home ownership since he took office is up about 2 percent.”

Scott went on to refer to Bloomberg’s advocacy for “harassing African-American males through stop and frisk,” a controversial law enforcement policy.

“Compare that against President Trump’s criminal justice reform packages that are making the justice system more fair for African-Americans disproportionately than it has been in a long time, at least thirty years!” he added.

Scott also cited higher wages, more jobs, and a lessening of the wealth gap. He added that the president had secured permanent funding for historically black colleges and universities for the first time in the country’s history.

“President Trump is not just talking a good game, he is walking a good game!” he concluded.
