In theory, the Supreme Leader is elected and overseen by the Assembly of Experts. However, all candidates for membership at the Assembly of Experts (including the President and the Majlis (parliament)) are appointed by the Guardian Council, whose members in turn, are appointed by the Supreme Leader. Sounds a bit two faced and hypocritical to me!

So, bottom line is that the democratic candidates, Warren, Sanders and I think also Butigege, want to do away with the e*******l college just the same as the Iranian Iatola says we should. However, the Iatola is a hypocrite in that he is in total control of their "fairer" system. LOL!
