Not true! You've been punked by f**e news. The only people Mr Trump LEGITIMATELY prohibited from testifying were those under the mantel of Executive Privilege which SCOTUS agrees. There are provisions, based on the situation, where the lying progs, Schiff & Co. could well have taken each witness subpoena to the Court. You tell me why they didn't? Why, If it was critical for them in making a legitimate case against the President, did they not go to court and petition for a court ordered subpoena? Why would they also make rules that prohibited one single witness or attorney testifying for the president to appear? And finally, since they are the impeachment authority, why was the case the House presented to the Senate to Judge so inept, so phony, so d********g in it's TRUE purpose hoping their hatred of the president was reason enough for impeachment, that they required the Senate to make their case for them? How often is a judge required to produce his own evidence to either prosecute or release someone charged with a crime. By the way, not a single one of the House impeachment articles was a crime. The only crime was the crime of s******n and trying to stard a c**p against a legitimately elected President by Progressives in the House and Senate and for them no punishment is too severe. The only reason I can find for impeaching President Trump, which began before his inauguration, was the hatred and poison they purposely spread across our Nation knowing a particular class of preprogrammed people would believe everything they are told. They have tried everything imaginable to discredit the President and it's only made him stronger and provided more supporters.

It is called executive privilege. It is used to keep private discussions private so that advisors will give their best and honest advice to the President. If Congress wants to know this they can issue subpoenas and request that the court rule on the validity of the claim of executive privilege. If Congress doesn't follow this procedure, they either knew their subpoenas were invalid or they were just showboating because they knew they had no leg to stand on.
