It called for the mandatory sterilization of men once they reach 50 or have already fathered 3 children. This is representative of acceptable "Progressive Think" and not outside of what they believe unreasonable or main stream action. Remember when we once thought how horrible it was that unborn Chineese females were selected for a******n because it was more desirable to have a male child? Guess what? The very same thing is now happening here in the USA who also happens to be the largest consumer of child pornography of any nation in the world. Never forget that what is not proscribed is prescribed. The main thrust and accomplishments of the Progressive agenda is promoting and legislating hedonism.
