Several articles I have read indicate that in much of the British Isles, Canada, and Europe people don't go broke from medical bills because the medical services are so inadequate and slow to become available that people die waiting for the needed treatments. Oh well, at least they didn't go broke.

With Canada I know thats true. Sometimes people die because they have to wait so long for treatment. If they can afford it many go to the states.
