The federal government is working closely with state, local, tribal, and territorial partners, as well as public health partners, to respond to this public health threat.

Where do you come up with this BS? "Apparently" you are mistaken. The CDC was on this before the WHO was. They have announced that anyone who thinks they have C****-** should call their Health Dept, Hospital, Health Provider ahead of time so that necessary steps can be taken to isolate and quarantine them from the populace.
