New Poll About Impeachment Is Great News for Trump, But Pretty Bad for Democrats

President Donald Trump and the Republicans celebrated his acquittal from the Senate impeachment trial.

But have Democrats learned their lesson to stop with the efforts to try to take him down?

It doesn’t sound like it. Democrats sound like they’re momentarily licking their wounds but considering how to attack him next, floating possibilities like subpoenaing former national security adviser John Bolton and claiming reassigning people who serve at the President’s pleasure were “retaliated” against.

But while Democrats may not be able to put down their quest for power, a new poll shows that Americans are tired of it and want them to move on, stop with the nonsense. What’s more, they think that all the Democrats have done is strengthen the president with their efforts to take him out.

According to Rasmussen, 62 percent say that the Democrats should move on to other issues. Only 32 percent say they should continue to try to remove Trump.

Even among Democrats, the numbers are close, with 48 percent saying remove and 43% saying move on.

Seventy-seven percent (77%) of Republicans and 70% of v**ers not affiliated with either major party say House Democrats should zero in on other issues.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of all v**ers think the unsuccessful attempt to remove Trump from office has made him stronger politically. Just 16% say it has made him weaker, while 23% believe the failed impeachment effort has had no impact

If there are so many Democrats who want to move on, you know Democrats have really failed in their quest. But they have precious few options, because when they’re not screaming about Trump, people actually can look at the fact that they’ve done nothing and their candidates are awful.

So expect them to keep digging the hole deeper.

I agree ,polls like these can be swayed with the wording and demographics. But I do believe people are tired of the Democrats relentless persecution of a duly elected president and it will hurt them come November.

Agreed Linda about polling which is often skewered by manipulated data. But virtually everyone I talk to is indeed sick and tired of the dimocrat impeachment crap and never ending investigations, attempting to take down a duly elected President simply because they h**e him and are infected with TDS~
