This looks like nothing more than a "drop box" for another student visa program.
Another local "technical institute" just got exposed for running an exchange student program
where the students on an "intern program" were working in a turkey packing plant and a dog food
manufacturing company as entry level labor. If they quit those jobs, they had to leave the country.
The tech institute skims one third of their salary, nothing but immigration s**ms meant to keep
wages depressed for American Citizens.
