I see, we're now engaging in more diversion. What I am educated in is the Trump inhumane "POLICY".

The Trump policies the left fought were

1. Tightening identification to deter child trafficking which included DNA testing and asking questions of those claiming to be parents such as what is your child's name and age.

2. Replacing warehouse style detention centers for children to dormitory settings.

3. Having school for kids in detention.

All other policies which weren't initiated or changed by Trump are carryovers of previous administrations.

Well not camps per say but you must remember the brown shirt speil <~
“On July 2, 2008, candidate, Barack Obama said, "We cannot rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We gotta have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded."

He later retracts it saying it was taken out of context.~~ ha, slip of the tongue is what was.~~

The juries are made up of the democrat/Clinton supporters. Two of them were member of the Grand jury of the Mueller investigation. There were 19 of them all Clinton donors and democrats in all in the Mueller.

Choosing the Jury they must remove those with party affiliation, or any relations with the victim or the accusers. No jury must also be part of the law enforcement, or any prior conviction of criminal offenses. Jury se******n are carefully chosen based on a number of criteria. But in this case, the juries were purposely selected who were Clinton democrats.
Thus this verdict. The judge was a democrat also.

The Justice system must be replaced, or else we have no justice at all.

I know exactly what has been happening in that justice system. I was called to serve the jury 6 times since 1976, but also booted out twice for telling the t***h when challenged by the lawyers.

In this case, they purposely selected the Juries who will convict the accused due to political vengeance. Or to get ahead illegally. This is the travesty of the justice system. We must not tolerate this anymore. Or fix this injustices.

Agreed!!!!!

No, he didn't pardon him.
Barr thinks a 9 year sentence is excessive.

Why didn't his defense team pick up on that?

I know the judge wouldn't allow the defense attorneys to disqualify another jurist on the basis of democrat bias so maybe they did and were told to pound salt.

It's a white-collar crime only good for 2/4 yrs hell the other guy they hauled him to Rikers put him in solitary confinement that's something they do for mass murders or really violent people and Rikers isn't where you put white or blue-collar crime putting someone there is putting them in harms way deliberately hoping they get hurt or worse. They were going to put him in minimum security till new york prosecutor requested that he go to Rikers and be put in solitary.

Very true, its called Judicial Bias. Allegations of judicial bias proposed against a Judge so biased that a fair trial cannot be obtained, and the Judge is asked to recuse him or herself... If he/she will not then a motion to recuse is filled and it is the responsibility of the challenging party to prove that bias by other Judicial issues in other cases..If not proven you can bet that you play hell in court with that judge throughout the trial..

Likewise you can not disqualify a jurist simply because of Party affiliation unless you can prove their bias as well...You can challenge the
potential jurist but if the other side objects then the judge decides..

And it was the Flores law which forced more children to be separated and placed in child protective custody because they couldn't remain with their parents in detention when the time limit is reached.

This is another case of good bleeding heart intentions having negative effects on those they are supposedly helping.

Right you are Joy... Clinton, Bush and Obama all followed through it implementing and changing based on the activist challenging the laws they put in place... Until~~ On October 13, 1992, the Supreme Court began to hear oral arguments in the case. A year later, the Supreme Court delivered a significant win to the government, v****g 7-2 in favor of reversing the lower court's decision. Justices Scalia, Rehnquist, White, O'Connor, Kennedy, Souter, and Thomas all held that there was no constitutional right for unaccompanied alien children to be released to someone other than a close relative, and further held that these minors could be kept in detention centers if they lacked a close relative or guardian in the United States to take them in.5 Scalia wrote: "Where the Government does not intend to punish the child, and where the conditions of Governmental custody are decent and humane, such custody surely does not violate the Constitution."

==================
This travesty of the Justice System must be corrected ASAP. All those members of the Obama administration, and have grossly violated the laws are all free and exempted to repeating the same crimes they have been doing against president Trump and his supporters.

Roger Stone trial must be corrected, to free him from the travesty of justice imposed on him.

What happened to the DEEP STATE criminals who'd created the CRIMES of the CENTURY? They are still free. I am anxiously waiting for justice. Unless their crimes are corrected, they will keep doing these ills to poison our political system of governance. Or else only one political system could survive.
