Nope doesn't surprise me at all. After McConnell denied Obama's nominee a hearing, why shouldn't 'my mob' follow the same precedent?

Nor does it surprise me at all that y??ou see hypocrisy in the Dems but not in Reps for basically the same behavior: flip flopping on an issue like appointment to the SCOTUS, to one's advantage. I'm sure that, unlike my mob, your guys are just standing on principles of gentlemanly fair play.

Nope doesn't surprise me at all. After McConnell... (show quote)

Maybe you didn't understand that Schumer did not want McConnell to bring Garland up for an appointment and was accommodated. Read the link.

Precedent? Did you really say precedent? Remember Harry Reid, may his tribe decrease, set a new precede in the Senate that destroyed their collegiality and Judges are now appointed with a simple 51 majority. Thank you Harry because that sneaky, snarky, lying little twerp gave Mr. Trump two appointments to the SCOTUS and upon his certain successful ree******n who knows how many new Associate Justices he will successfully nominate. Precedent indeed.

Nothing can happen, our entire justice system has been completely corrupted, the only way to get out of this mess is by v****g, we gotta get everyone out there to v**e. The longer they're in there the more they dismantle our constitutional laws. It also looks to me like amendments need to be made to prevent this from ever happening again.

Every one of them, any one of them, is 1000 times better than Trump.

I read the link.

What I don't understand is how Schumer did not want to bring up Garland for appointment when Obama nominated him, but wanted Trump to nominate him?

Doesn't make any sense....I think it is you who either misread your link or you are engaged in propaganda. I've read your link several times. I'm going with propaganda, since the link calls it hypocrisy for Dems to do the same thing to Trump that Republicans did to Obama.

Then again, I'm not surprised.

Surprised me too. The only thing I can figure out is, as previously stated, the anticipated win of Hillary and perhaps winning the Senate too allowing Hillary to choose her own candidate. Don't misunderstand. If it had been solely a partisan choice by McConnell to not put Garland fwd I would heartily agree. My personal opinion is that Obama stacked the SCOTUS and other federal judges with activists. Have you not noticed these are the very "stop Trump Judges" progressives go to Intentionally temporary stop him?
