But it was the Horowitz case, not the Durham case.

One has to absolutely love DC....only in that district can double standards be acceptable. One man, a Trump supporter, may not have lied to Congress and is facing 8 years in jail. Another man lies to Congress and gets off scots free even after admitting guilt. McCabe wrote "I have been accused of ‘lack of candor,’” McCabe wrote Friday in the Post. “That is not true. I did not knowingly mislead or lie to investigators.”

“At worst, I was not clear in my responses, and because of what was going on around me may well have been confused and distracted — and for that I take full responsibility,” he wrote. “But that is not a lack of candor. And under no circumstances could it ever serve as the basis for the very public and extended humiliation of my family and me that the administration, and the president personally, have engaged in over the past year.”

DC justice is no justice for all, only for those who h**e Trump!

He was the lawyer who defrauded a paraplegic, Stormy Daniels, and sued Nike. A real scumbag.

Ah, there is that. Thanks for that reminder! I wonder what prison he will end up in? Tough guy will soon find out how tuff he is. He can't seem to keep his mouth shut. His smile may become a little snaggled soon.

Yep...I got that. Tit for tat, eh...get Stone's sentence reduced and let McCabe off the hook in Horowitz's much narrower are of oversight. "Optics are everything"!

And open an investigation into how Flynn was prosecuted at the same time. I forgot that. Think the media will be able to pick up on the old bait and switch? It's pretty complicated for their viewership to digest.

He's not out of this by a longshot. Just from wh**ever Horowitz investigated which was interdepartmental stuff as far as I know and plenty wrong was found.

The Horowitz stuff will be used as supporting evidence later.

"At least" is right. This was a feint, not a defeat. You know how the media will crow and not even notice the other things going on.

Ya...and if they did notice they wouldn't have time to talk about it!

People are starting to understand how widespread the Deep State is and how even seemingly loyal Trump appointees do everything they can to thwart Trump and excuse treasonous behavior from the likes of McCabe and strzdk and Page and Comey and Brennan and Clapper ad nauseam.
And no one does anything about it. Nothing.
