Here is a short bit from the post from badbobby that I received yesterday.

I appears that badbobby is totally happy with the fishing stage website and claims that there is no h**e over there just fishing stories and BS.

I sent Slatten49 a PM as I have not seen him on OPP as of late either and was worried about him as well.

I feel that this site is leaving me behind as badbobby said he can't stand all of the h**e on here.

When I joined this site AuntiE was one of the first ones that welcomed me aboard here.

After that others welcomed me aboard as well and that included Slatten and badbobby as well as others on here.

But I have noticed as well that as we have gained more of the liberal set here on OPP that the dialog has become more and more negative and there are a number on here that for the most part I don't even read their posts.

I know that you are all upset with Trump as your president but believe me we as conservatives were just as upset over having Barack Obama as president.

But as I remember it while we may have not liked him for our president I don't remember the acidic remarks being made that are being made toward President Trump and his supporters.

I will leave this go at this point and for those that dislike Trump to such a degree I have taken the posture of if I can't find anything good to say about either you or your post I will not say anything at all.

It is easy to get caught up in the argument/fight or what ever one calls these forum "discussions." But, they are informative and somewhat entertaining. I have been on other forums regarding so many other topics but I usually lose interest. As I get older, I find that current events are much more of interest than stories about fishing, motorcycles, white water rafting, etc. But hey, to each his own. I hope he comes back from time to time.
