Me too I love rocks and old stuff. My friend found part of a fossil elk skull with the horn base on the beach here. I found a basalt adze I turned in to the Coos tribe. I also found a hand hammer on the beach. a few of my friends have found paleo arrow heads so far not me though I have found pebbles that were used for flaking points.

Yeah, it is interesting to see, what the old folks used to get by on...
When I was a little boy, I talked to an old man and he said, that we ignored the w****s for the longest time,,,, we just avoided them,,, but then the women started wanting steel needles, and iron pans, and makeup and stuff, then we had to go trading,,, or we would never hear the end of it!!
Some things never change, they are the same in every culture,,,,

But the opening statement claims they may have roamed the earth from 100 to 120 million years ago.
If they remain intact as " whole dinosaur skeletons ", I would not be inclined to conclude that they are as old as 100 to 120 million years.
But then I'm just a blue collar dolt. What do I know ?

I hear ya. Women know how to get to us. I grew up on wild game. now days I can't hurt those cute little animals but fish are ok.

My grandson, who is five can name a whole host of dinosaurs by their correct names, he loves everything dinosaur, and has since he was two

I don't know,,,, scientifically the earth is very old, biblically, it doesn't say anywhere in the bible that the earth is only 6000 yrs old as the unreligious accuse us of believing,,,,
Dinosaurs existed, and we have been allowed to find them,,, if it weren't ok, it would have been hidden,,, god wants us to learn the t***h, the t***h cannot be bad, it is when we dig up something, and then create a story about it and what it means that we go wrong,,, just dig it up, and study it,,, that is fun and good..

In the Bible it says "to God a thousand years is as a day" meaning time means nothing to God but some people interpret that as an absolute
