You brought up the topic of the I**********n Act while talking about C****-**. It is with respect to this that I am trying to understand how you justify such action. You've abandoned the topic like a hot potato and d**gged everything except the kitchen sink into the issue. I'm not asking you to change your mind. Nor am I asking you to compromise your stance. I only want to understand how you rationalize such action and why you think it is appropriate. We are not in war, nor is there an i**********n by American citizens. I see no justification for its use as that would be an overreach of p**********l authority that only a despot or dictator would resort to under the current circumstance. Good luck getting the military to go along with such a foolhardy action. You don't think you are too impatient. It took a century for the progressives to get us here and you can't turn it around overnight without infringing on everyone's rights to due process and the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments.

I don't know what you're saying, but what I see and hear from you is that you have completely given up on our ability to self-govern ourselves and the Constitution has become irrelevant. Oh ye, with so little faith in the American People to do the right thing. That is a very dangerous position you advocate for. Who should make that decision? and who should be responsible once it all goes haywire and all totalitarian regimes eventually do? You have a very low opinion of America and Americans.
