Started with nothing? Are you kidding he grew up in one of the most wealthy families in his neck of Missouri fed with a silver spoon. He then dedicated his life to spreading h**e and lies to Americas most ignorant and amassed a fortune along the way. In his wake several failed marriages and shameful stints of narcotic abuse and gluttony all while having the financial resources to receive treatment for both but choosing not to until forced by the courts, something he has worked to deny to struggling impoverished Americans.
