I would say property and income tax...
Basically, if you contribute to the government..
Wouldn't include sales tax....
Over here, there is no sales tax... We pay taxes on property and labor...
Anyone receiving aid from the government would be discluded... Excepting veterans and retirees...

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe in the beginning only property owners could v**e. We are giving our country away by letting the masses v**e.

I think, given the power of the written and spoken word, the masses were thought at that time to be too easily swayed by them in matters of which they knew naught?
Both parties have been criminal as hell, BTW. I hope everyone figures it out.
