The declaration of Independence and a******n

“So far as the US is concerned, the unalienable rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness…”
Does not a******n violate the unalienable right to life? Is not right to life a basic precept of the United States? A******n alienates life should not it be outlawed?

That is the question. Does an unborn child have rights or are they superseded by a woman's rights.

Hmmm?

Seems like a question for SCOTUS

I know my answer...

But I don't need a constitution to tell me that children have a right to life

It is not in the constitution ,it is the Declaration of Independence. The DOI is not the basis of law but the basis for a war of Independence.

Does the declaration have any legal bearing?

Although the Declaration of Independence stands with the Constitution as a founding document of the United States of America, its position in U.S. law is much less certain than that of the Constitution. ... The Supreme Court, however, has generally not considered it a part of the organic law of the country.
