What people here never see is that many times one dies before their turn comes under "free" medical care. Nothing is free and we don't have limitless rich people.

I think you are really dumb Kevyn. The population of the US is 327 million, whereas the population of Finland is 5.2 million. The US is 62.88 times higher in population than Finland. Finland is only about 2% of the population of the US. Therefore the medical cost of Finland should by only 2% of the total US cost. But that is not the case. Finland had a lot higher cost.
