The one that made me laugh the hardest involved President Trump (last year, IIRC) when he said in a speech that 1/3 of the women crossing the border had been sexually assaulted. One of the 'fact checker' folks got the actual numbers from the Border Patrol which showed that, by their count, only 31.2 percent of the women had been sexually assaulted. Thus they claimed the president 'was lying about the numbers'.

Rush preaches h**e every day he sat in a seat before his audience. In every sense of the word, he represents the heart and soul of conservatism in this country today. Anyone doing a thesis on logical fallacies has to look no further than El Rushbo and the rhetoric he preached every day. He could start out a sentence with an ad hominem attack coupled with one or two more fallacies in the text or structure of the sentence. He would then built out his paragraph of two or more sentences making the whole thing nothing but compound fallacies.

Anyone who listened to Rush--thinking they understood him--simply believed what they wanted to believe even though what he said was/is complete bulls**t. Rush is the beginning of the end for the Republican party with today's conservative only believing what fallacies fit their warped form of thinking. In this way, T***h was painted as a lie spewed by e-vile liberals via the equally e-vile MSM or from anything that isn't spewed from completely vetted (vetted by fallacies) RW media source.

It was through the use of fallacies from any RW media source (with ELRushbo their father) that led to the division that we find in our country today. There isn't a conservative alive who doesn't believe, heart and soul, every fallacy presented by a fully vetted RW media source. That makes selling a POS like Donald Trump as easy as pie since they will believe without vetting anything so long as it comes from a trusted RW media source.

So whether an individual ever listened to Rush is irrelevant because he is the one who got the ball rolling that made logical fallacies + Conservatism = the Republican party. When Trump's lawyers blamed the Democrats instead of addressing the reason Trump was being investigated that was an ad hominem attack designed to t***sfer blame to the opposition instead of addressing the argument being made...and it was effective BECAUSE someone like Rush Limbaugh made logical fallacies equal t***h in the Republican party.

In fact, when listening to the arguments being made, the majority of the Republican senators who acquitted Trump did so because they blamed Democrats for bringing the accusations instead of recognizing that the accusations were true and Trump was guilty as charged.

So it was t***sference via a fallacy that Trump was able to escape the most serious impeachment inquiry ever presented against a sitting president. And why did the Senators believe a fallacy instead of the T***h??? Because fallacies were ingrained in them by the likes of Rush Limbaugh or those who followed him in the use of his fallacious h**e speech.

So Rush Limbaugh receiving the medal of freedom is nothing if not ironic because you cannot be free if you aren't capable of understanding the t***h and because of Rush those who regularly listened to him lost the ability to understand t***h as we know it today...

I remember once when I fell in love with a girl and we lived together, on and off, for the better part of three years. At first, neither of us could see anything wrong with the other and if ever questioned we would attack the questioner without ever examining the questions posed by our friends.

This is what you conservatives act like--like people who have first fallen in love and are so in love that you refuse to look critically at them and will attack anyone who would dare pose a question to you. For you cons, "TDS" is TRUMP DEFENSE SYNDROME, where you have to defend Trump no matter what he says by attacking anyone who would dare make an accusation against him.

So my dare to you is to simply answer the question without attacking the person, or his political party, for the audacity of asking it. Can you do it? I would be incredibly surprised if you could.

My first question would be: how is the argument on Ukraine made by Democrats false? Did Donald J Trump withhold funds, released by Congress, for the purpose of forcing Ukraine into the pretense of an investigation into one of Trump's rivals, Joe Biden?

Therefore, if Zelensky did not know that the aid package had been frozen and Trump never mentioned it, then explain how president Trump forced, blackmailed, or bribed Ukraine "into the pretense of an investigation into one of Trump's rivals, Joe Biden".
