The indictment to President Trump is vitiated since the beginning because de rules of due process has not been respected, violating the provisions of the fifth amendment. [No person shall be held to answer… for a crime……without due process of law;…….. ] It has not been informed who is the whistleblower and has not been allowed the presentation of witnesses to the President and this goes against the provisions of the sixth amendment. [In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right …..…. to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor,……..]
The president has been prosecuted for complying with the duty imposed to him by the Constitution. [Article II. Section 3. ……; he [the President] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,……..]
It is public knowledge what the President exposes in his letter to Nancy Pelosi the leader of the majority of the House: “You know full well that Vice President Biden used his office and $1 billion dollars of U.S. aid money to coerce Ukraine into firing the prosecutor who was digging into the company paying his son millions of dollars. You know this because Biden bragged about it on video. Biden openly stated: “I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars’…I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a b***h. He got fired.” Even Joe Biden admitted just days ago in an interview with NPR that it “looked bad.” Now you are trying to impeach me by falsely accusing me of doing what Joe Biden has admitted he actually did.”
The President has the obligation to enforce the law. If any person breaks the law and confesses it publicly, it applies the principle that there is no need of evidence if the offender confess, no matter is this person is a candidate for the presidency. In this case, the President had requested information about someone who committed a crime, for not doing something precipitated, although he could have used the video where this person confesses the crime, to present it to the court of justice.
It is expected that the President will be acquitted from the charges attributed to him but if the r****d accusation had progressed and he were condemned, the constitution states the following: Article I. Section 3. Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
There is no doubt that those who h**e the president and suffer from TDS would do the most to get the maximum punishment for him.
In the penultimate paragraph of the aforementioned letter says the following: “I have no doubt the American people will hold you and the Democrats fully responsible in the upcoming 2020 e******n. They will not soon forgive your perversion of justice and abuse of power.”
I fully agree with what he says before. However, I think something must be done against those who have perpetrated this clownish trick. When someone is falsely accused, a lawsuit can be made requesting the punishment of those who promoted the accusation and the President should do something about this. In addition, the Supreme Court may be asked to propose an amendment to Congress, for the maintaining of balance between the powers of the state, in which the Judicial Power would determine whether an indictment is in accordance with the law before proceeding to trial; thus avoiding what has happened in this case, in which for partisan reasons it is intended to depose a President duly elected by the people, what is very similar to a c**p d'etat, and not because the President really committed a crime.

You’re right: the whole legislature is full of swamp rats, but , you’d have a hard time proving that they “knew Trump screwed up”.....

Why? Because the POTUS DID NOT SCREW UP! Ex: Russia, Russia, Russia collusion? Nope.

If the Rats are blaming somebody.....wh**ever it is; they are, or have been doing it! THAT’S A BARE-FACED FACT!!

And so tonight we get to see them all do their Walk Of Shame as they attend the State of the Union Address.
I hope there is plenty of air freshener on hand because the Democrats are really going to stink up the place.
MAGA TRUMP, MAGA REPUBLICANS.

elledee ... it's hopeless. They know the t***h but refuse to admit it because then they would have to admit that this whole Ukrainian thing was a h**x, that Trump broke no laws, that he won the e******n in 2016 fair and square, that hrc lost fair and square ..... and that he will probably win again in 2020 fair and square. It is just too much for them to take. So they choose to live in some parallel universe where they simply repeat the same lies over and over hoping, I guess, that this mantra will somehow make it so. It never will.

I predict when Trump wins in November, there will be a sudden need for asylums for those with TDS out of control ....

Hey roy, I hear you are still roosting with the chickens, laying eggs and h*****g out with the other barnyard animals. Try eating some ground up dirt to help with the passing of your fecal matter.

They can just use those children's cages that ovommit built that they blame on Trump, to keep those infected with TDS. I would like to see JLO be the 1st to be placed in one of those cages, similar to the ones she displayed at the Super Bowl 1/2 time show.
