So by the Houses own rules any behavior attributed from third parties from public sources can form an impeachment proceeding against Obama?

Didn't see that article in the New York Times. Funny we don't see the whistleblower on trial even though his actions allegedly brought down a presidency?

Only the House can impeach. You cons have proven that partisan politics reign supreme so why would a Democratic House impeach a Democratic president? After all, you have shown that ALL wrongs made by a president are irrelevant and a president is a monarch that cannot be touched. You made the rules so now live by them...

Not all wrongs. Humping an intern on the oval office desk is wrong when you're married to someone else. Lying to the American people about it is wrong.

Paying a slush fund to sub governmental operatives to rob their campaign offices and hq is wrong. If you lie to the Amer can ppl about it .

Nothing Trump has done merits impeachment. Schiff just didn't get to backseat drive the Presidency like Comey wanted to
