I'm not very familiar with the provisions of the trade agreement. I do know that one provision is Mexico will clean up its act on the Tijuana River, which crosses the border and empties into the ocean in south San Diego County. After ever rain the beaches have to close because of the bacteria levels from raw sewage in the river. This occurs as much as 100 days a year.

But we are the g****l w*****g problem. Right!
