Nothing on the 16 pillars he ran on has been done... ZERO

Trump’s entire cabinet is full of past operatives of previous administrations that all work for the NWO

It has been my expressed position that he should do exactly that, declare martial law and arrest half of the Democrats. However, taking into account the accusations they are making about his monarchic ambitions and his autocratic tendencies, doing anything like that in his first term would guarantee no second term.

Were I Trump, I would be very careful in my first term and exercise my full authority in the second.

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I don't think this current government is only Trump's planning. As you have pointed out, some things just don't make sense; like the growing deficit, for example. The people are being provided with their bread and circuses in a time where circuses are out of place.
