When is a person impeached? When the articles of impeachment are sent to the Senate or when the Senate finds him guilty?
It is my understanding, you are not guilty of anything until you are proven so.

An “attempted impeachment which failed” due to “lack of compelling evidence” that he committed a “high crime or misdemeanor”

If that were the case, then no president has ever been impeached.

Impeachment is the process the house uses to charge a president or judge who have committed crimes or violated their oath of office, it is achieved with a majority v**e in the House of Representatives.

Are ya real prude of the way democrats handled themselves? Democrats have opened a huge can of worms that could well come back a bite them.

Considering that some GOP Senators have stated publicly that trump was guilty, but don't intend to remove him from office, the "innocent until proven guilty" premise no longer applies. The precedent now is; impeachment requires a majority in both chambers of Congress.

Your ever heard the term: ' beyond a reasonable doubt'?
Nothing was proved ' beyond a reasonable doubt'. Didn't ever find out who this ' whistle blower was or is or if he or she exists.
Could be a figment of Shiftts imagination like his recapitulation of the Trump call.
What a bunch of 'green gorilla grunt'!!!
