As a woman, I believe today's huge division about a******n has been caused by women. When a******n first became legal, it was limited to the first trimester of pregnancy; after that, the a******n option was no longer available. This was, and should have been, a great boon for women and, if we had been satisfied with this new, safe, and legal option, I don't believe we would be where we are today. But some women wanted to be sexually irresponsible without any consequences, and so they pushed and pushed this envelope as a wonan's right to abort her not yet born child until finally, this awful choice, what should have been a last resort, became simply another birth control method for women who refused to act responsibly about sex, has no limits, a******ns performed even at the moment of birth. And this birth control method came to be used, without a second thought, by millions of women. And this result in a great outcry against the entire act of a******n. I see the entire group of alternative sex people as doing the same thing. First, we dealt with homosexuals even existing publicly, and that issue became settled; next their desire for civil legal marriage contracts and we dealt with that and it mostly has become settled. So, everything is better for them and I believe that happened because, while gay people worked for recognition by society and legal civil contract rights, they never acted with total disdain for the hundreds of million of fellow cituzebs that were not like them. They never worked to push a homosexual agenda and ideology on the rest of the country, including young vulnerable children. But the t*********r issue began to be pushed by a few and before most of us realized what was happening, our daughters, wives, sisters, mothers were told they were going to share public restrooms with men claiming to be women and our public libraries began to invite these strange persons (always seeming to be males dressed as females) to conduct storytime for young children. And unbelievably there are parents supporting this experience for their 4 year olds. But this strangeness grew even more so when the men wanting to be women decided that it is only "right" that taxpayers must foot the very expensive bill for their s*x c****e surgery and all it entails and these folks became a strange and very public, though a very small miniority, part of our society but seem to want THEIR desires and ideology to prevail over everyone else. And we are beginning to see a fight against this, just as the fight against open-ended a******ns. No one doubts that t*********r people existed before this, but we could then just ignore each other, and if this small group had just let things alone, just let them play out, we would not be where we are now. Most Anericans have become accepting of gay people because they look like us and live like us, except sexually, which they do not flaunt in the face of everyone else in the country. In short, my point is that, in any issue, the radicals in the group push too far and the result can often be a backsliding for the larger group.
