Has Bernie Been CROOKED All Along?!
If there is one thing about any avowed socialist that seems to be universally true, it’s this…
Almost every single one of them is a socialist in name only. They tend not to LIVE like true socialists – but still try to force everybody else to embrace the ideology, whether they want to or not.
Bernie Sanders says he socialist…
But he’s not.
Bernie is a c*******t authoritarian parading around in socialist’s clothing.
He doesn’t want to LIVE like a socialist—as evidenced by his three nice houses and a rather large bank account—but he wants YOU to live like a socialist, giving up all your rights to “improve” your life.
He wants to choose who gets to succeed and move up the social ladder…
But he doesn’t want to give you the opportunity to do that for yourself.
However…
While we’ve known that Bernie is one of the world’s BIGGEST hypocrites, we at least respected his track record of being one of DCs “straight arrows.”
Sure, he endorses bad ideology, but he always seemed to have his ducks in a row as far as legality was concerned. He seemed like the kind of guy who pushed the limits but still stayed within the lines.
“Seemed” being the operative word…
As now, new information has surfaced that may explain why Bernie has so many bucks in his bank account.
Is Bernie Double-Dipping?

But they’re pertinent to the Bernie story as they’ve just quietly purchased more than $82 million in TV time for the Sanders campaign.
This isn’t unusual…
Media companies getting involved on a candidate’s behalf isn’t anything new or unusual. They normally get all kinds of discounts from long-standing relationships, so a politician hiring them to get buys isn’t unheard of.
However…
There are a FEW things about this relationship that seem “off”.
Like the fact that the company is run out of a nondescript house just outside of DC—a regular, single-family home. That’s interesting because the industry standard of profits for media-buying companies is 15%, so the amount of money they’d have made off the Bernie deal would have been substantial…
About $12 million dollars.
Hell, even if they were only getting 5%, they’d still have made a whopping $4.1 million dollars…
Just for making a few calls.
Not bad for a few hours of work.
You’d think a company making that much would be housed in some high-end facility somewhere…
Or at least in an actual office building. Running a business with this much revenue out of a single-family home just seems… weird.
However…
Maybe the owners are frugal and are just trying to save money. While it’s a little irregular, it’s not TOO far out of whack.

It’s not the weirdest thing about Old Towne Media.

No, the WEIRDEST part of this whole relationship is the fact that the two principal buyers for the company, Shelli Hutton-Hartig and Barbara Abar Bougie, were media buyers during Bernie Sanders’ 2006 Senate race and worked with Bernie’s wife, Jane.
On the surface…
This doesn’t seem like much of a red f**g either. People tend to work with people they already know and trust.
No, what makes this suspicious is the fact that, back in Bernie’s 2006 Senate campaign, his Republican opponent suggested he and Jane “improperly” profited from the campaign ad buys.
Richard Tarrant leveled the accusation a few months after news media reported that Jane Sanders had received $30K from for work on her husband’s congressional campaigns, which isn’t technically illegal…
Just inappropriate.
Here’s where it gets REALLY fishy, though…
In response to Tarrant’s accusations, Jeff Weaver, Bernie Sanders’ campaign manager, said Jane made the 2006 buys as a “volunteer” and gave her commission to the firm Abar Hutton Media…
Can you guess who was running Abar Hutton Media?
If you guessed Hutton-Hartig and Bougie – the primary buyers for Old Towne Media—you’d have won a prize.
