I've been reading the forum and I was inspired by todays topic
of "Take back America", so I thought I'd ask you to read a 15 page proposal (very carefully, Please) and see if it doesn't offer answers to some of your comments. It's not perfect, so please don't send it out yet. Just think about it and give me your comments, please! The title is "The Citizen's Proposal".
