Over three million people a year visit the US from China and 8000 Americans a day travel to China, more than half on business. The economies are so entwined that it would be impossible to implement a ban and would leave many tens of thousands of US citizens stranded. People can travel from China through third countries and the bug has been found in numerous other nations already. Even after the 9-11 attack international flights to and from the US were only stoped for 3 days and the cost to the economy was enormous. I doubt you have any concept of what sealing our borders and airspace to international travel and commerce would cost.

1/2 months they say it can be in your body for a week before showing signs then you add 7/10 days for being sick for one person that's 3 weeks we're looking at thousands and they were infected at different times hell travel ban till no signs of v***s for 1/2 months AFTER last case clears
