I'm sorry, too, Willy. Lunch was great and we had a good turn-out! There was a new guy today that had graduated from my high school alma mater, two years prior to my doing so. Also, two other new guys showed up, and blended right in with the rest of us.
We made tentative plans for our next BBQ, coming this Spring on a ranch off Hwy. 56, maybe 15 minutes from Cleburne.

Yeah I know and you have to have French and English on all your product labels and Speak both languages to have a government job or work in a bank.. Well I think the metric system sucks and only Fahrenheit should be on a thermometer.

The metric system does suck...
I prefer to measure distances in time
Celsius just makes sense... Fahrenheit is bizarre...
In many of our banks in the West the tellers are required to be bilingual in Chinese, Punjabi, Japanese, or Hindi....
Lots of immigrants...
Did you know that all French letters in Quebec must be printed twice as large as the English letters? To protect their culture
Only need French to have a federal job... Provincial jobs are cool if you are linguistically challenged

I am spoiled by the climate here where I live-- I have palm trees and a lemon tree in my yard. MY Canuck cousins have been covered in snow since October and frogs are singing here every night
