As any attorney worth his salt knows, you get a case dismissed at the earliest possible opportunity. And, in this case, that would mean, don’t call any witnesses. The House hasn’t come close to establishing a prima facia case so the Senate should v**e on what they’ve been given. Period! There’s no need for additional witnesses.
Dims want more witnesses in the hopes of 1.) keeping this farce in front of the public longer and 2.) hoping some witness goes sideways and opens a whole ‘nother Pandora’s box.
Best advice for Trump - Shut it down summarily! And move on back to the people’s business.

Exactly. First, people would have to believe Bolton. Second, I don't think Trump gets impeached for wanting to get an investigation into the Biden's corruption; the funds were relased.

I still dislike Bolton he is a warmonger with a warped understanding of international relations. How ever bad his ideas may be, and most are, he has no history of dishonesty that I am aware of and his testimony under oath will serve the ultimate purpose of Americans learning the t***h. He is no hero, just a credible witness to a crime.
