This is news? He should have fired her a few months after he got into office, not 13 months after this dinner where he first indicates his desire to can her.

I believe she was actually not fired, she was t***sferred to another position within the State Department. If so, that was a mistake.

Do you have any idea how many people the President talks to? No one would remember them all.

Informative! This supports the POTUS' view on the disproportionate burden on the US in support of the Ukraine. And the military readiness of Russia. It also, again, raises the concern of the Bidens. Finally, it gives the grounds for immediate replacement/reassignment/termination of the Ambassador and sets her testimony as "hostile" and therefore questionable. In the Federal Service, she would be identified as a "toxic" employee and watched carefully....management 101, "toxic employee undermine authority, may be more prone to discussing "privileged" information, susceptible to recruitment to hostile groups, and could become violent."

On another note, I hope our President will have a MP to frisk and confiscate all recording devices before he has another PRIVATE meeting.

That big mouthed ambassador to Ukraine can be fired any month, any day, any year, any time of the day, by the president while serving under his jurisdiction. The president's executive right must not be question on this matter. He must hire his own ambassadors or staff working for him at his pleasure. No one must encroach on that decision. The executive branch controls the Foreign affairs department. He must hire his own staff. Then fire those hired by prior presidents. This is the president's legal rights.

You people want to control the President. Remember there are 3 balance fo separate powers. And the president must function on his without Congress illegal encroachment.

That b***h ambassador needed to be fired. She was an Obama hire, and her loyalty belong there. Fire that b***h.

Bolton has not written a book, but he has a draft of an unpublished manuscript which accuses the POTUS of linking aid to investigations. This manuscript that has been circulated in the House clearly state that all his overheard conversations happened in August....way after the decision to temporarily hold aid and after the infamous phone call. Bolton was ousted as national security adviser in September after a series of policy disputes with the president. Two months later, he inked a book deal. Can we spell disgruntled, bellyaching, petulant old man......

And if you worked for me and you were hired by my predecessor but went around being a downer to everyone saying I would be fired or removed starting on the first day you heard I was coming in to be your new boss, I would get rid of you too. Too many toxic people in the workplace make everyone miserable.

On the other hand if you held moderate non-paranoid, non-reactive views you would not need to be so guarded.
